The concert is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Volodymyr Galichenko's concert activity.

Volodymyr Galichenko graduated from the Moscow Conservatory in the class of violin from Professor Olga Koverznev and assistant-trainee of the National Academy of Music of Ukraine from Professor Olga Rivnyak. In 1997 he became the winner of the International competition named after Lysenko (3 prizes). For 17 years he was a soloist of the Dnepropetrovsk House of Organ and Chamber Music, as well as a concertmaster of the Chamber Orchestra "Seasons" under the direction of Dmytro Logvin, a teacher of the Dnipropetrovsk Academy of Music named after Glinka. Participant of international festivals "Schleswig-Holstein" (Germany), in Evian (France), "White Nights" (St. Petersburg). At present - soloist of Zaporizhzhya Philharmonic, actively concerts in Ukraine and abroad.

Galina Ushakova graduated from the Lviv Conservatory in Piano Classes with Professor Maria Tarnovetsky (student G. Neigauz). For a long time worked as a soloist of the Dnepropetrovsk House of Organ and Chamber Music, and also was a concertmaster in the violin classes of the Dnipropetrovsk Academy of Music. In 1998, at the International Competition in Yastrembe-Zdroj (Poland), he received the diploma of the best concertmaster. In the duet with Volodymyr Galichenko played hundreds of concerts in Ukraine, Poland and Belarus. Currently living in Cracow (Poland).
